PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

This privacy policy serves as an aid to understanding what data we collect and for what purpose it is processed, and what cookies are.

1. Who will be the Administrator of your data

The administrator of your data will be us: ISRINGHAUSEN spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością headquartered in Zimna Wódka (47-143), Polska 3 Street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000900840, NIP: 6312697379, REGON: 388982732, hereinafter referred to as “Isringhausen Sp. z o.o.”. 2. What data is processed

Processing applies to those data that are collected as part of your use of the website, contact forms, application for a particular job offer with attached documents (CV, cover letter) and data stored in cookies that are installed on our websites.

Provision of data is always voluntary. We process them only to the extent that is necessary for one or more of the purposes for which you agree.

3. Basis and purpose of personal data processing

1) The processing of personal data requires a legal basis. Your data will only be processed in case we have one of the legal bases permitted by the RODO. Your data will be processed until the basis for processing exists, i.e. in the case of granting consent - until revocation, restriction or other action on your part limiting that consent; in the case of the necessity of data for the performance of a contract - for the duration of its performance; and in the case where the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller - until the existence of that legitimate interest.

2) Personal data provided to the controller is processed for the following purposes: contact by phone or e-mail regarding applications and inquiries sent via the form, job offers, and to ensure greater security of services, including to detect possible bots, fraud or abuse, make measurements that allow us to improve the functioning of the website.

3) Data will also be processed, if necessary, for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by Isringhausen Sp. z o.o.

4) In addition to processing your data for the above purposes, they will also be used to conduct internal research to improve the functioning of the website, send marketing information and offers regarding our business, but only to the extent previously accepted by you.

5) We are obliged to provide your data to entities entitled to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies - of course, only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.

4. Requirement of personal data

Personal data is, according to the RODO, information about an identified or identifiable natural person. When you use our sites, such data includes, for example, your email address, IP address and your name and phone number (if provided by you). Personal data may be stored in cookies or similar technologies installed on our sites and devices you use when using our services. Provision of personal data is voluntary.

5. Period of processing of personal data

1) Your data will be processed until there is a basis for processing. In accordance with applicable laws, we do not process your personal data “indefinitely”, but for the time needed to achieve the stated purpose. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.

2) Data processing periods:

  • where consent has been given - until revocation, restriction or other action on your part limiting that consent;
  • where the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller - until you raise an effective objection;
  • if as a result of contact a cooperation has been established - until the purpose for which the data was made available to us, i.e. the contact form, until the matter is settled or the legal basis ceases to exist;
  • data provided as part of ongoing recruitment - in accordance with the consent given, i.e. if for the current recruitment, we process the data until the end of the recruitment, but no longer than for a period of 6 months; if for future recruitment, no longer than for a period of 12 months;
  • in the case of the conclusion of a contract, your personal data will be stored for the period indicated by law, i.e.: 50 years [Article 51u (1) of the Act of July 14, 1983 on the national archival resource and archives (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 217 i.e.), 50 years [Article 125a (4) of the Act of December 17, 1998 on pensions from the Social Insurance Fund (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1383)].

6. Recipients of personal data

1) We do not use other entities in our operations and we do not provide your personal data to third parties.

2) Your data is shared with authorized employees of Isringhausen Sp. z o.o.

3) It may happen, for example, that on the basis of a relevant legal provision or a decision of a competent authority, we will have to provide your personal data also to other entities, whether public or private. Therefore, it is extremely difficult for us to predict who may make a request for your personal data. Nevertheless, for our part, we assure you that we analyze each case of request for sharing personal data very carefully and very thoroughly, so that we do not inadvertently provide information to an unauthorized person.

7. Transfer of personal data to third countries

We kindly inform you that your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

8. Entitlements of data subjects

1) Everyone has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 on natural persons.

2) We point out that the enumerated rights are not absolute, and therefore we may lawfully refuse to comply with them in certain situations. However, if we refuse to grant a request, it is only after careful consideration and only in situations where denial of the request is necessary.

3) Regarding the right to object, we clarify that at any time the data owner has the right to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller in relation to a particular situation. However, please note that in accordance with regulations, we may refuse to consider an objection if we demonstrate that:

  • there are legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data owner, or
  • there are grounds for the establishment, investigation or defense of claims.

9. Cancellation of consent for processing of personal data

You have the right to access, update and change your personal data at any time.

  • If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent.
  • If your data is processed on the basis of consent or for the performance of a contract (necessary to provide a service), you have the right to portability of personal data.
  • To withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, simply send an email to biuro@isri.com
  • If the processing of personal data was carried out on the basis of consent, revoking it does not make the processing of personal data up to that point illegal. In other words, until you withdraw your consent, we have the right to process your personal data, and withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of previous processing. The processing of your personal data is effective from the moment you withdraw your consent.

10. Data owner's right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

11.Automated decision-making and profiling

Kindly be informed that we do not perform automated decision-making, including based on profiling.

12. Cookies - what they are and what are the purposes of data processing

1) The Service performs functions of acquiring information about users and their behavior by means of cookies (so-called “cookies”) voluntarily given by the user by storing in the terminal equipment and information voluntarily entered in forms; the Service may also store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

2) The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the recruitment process.

3) Cookies are small text files stored on users' devices when they use websites or applications.

4) On our websites and applications, we use technologies, such as cookies and similar, to collect and process personal and usage data in order to personalize the content we provide and to analyze traffic on our websites.

5) Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the terminal equipment and a unique number.

6) The entity placing cookies on the Service User's terminal equipment and accessing them is the Service operator.

7) Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • creation of statistics that help to understand how the Users of the Website use the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content;
  • maintaining a session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page of the Service;
  • determineyour profile in order to display tailored material to you on advertising networks, in particular Google's network.

8) The Service uses two main types of cookies: “session” (session cookies) and ‘permanent’ (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

9) Web browsing software (Internet browser) usually allows the storage of cookies on the User's terminal device by default. Users of the Website may change their settings in this regard. The web browser makes it possible to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. For details, please refer to the help or documentation of your web browser.

10) Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Website.

11) Cookies placed in the Service User's terminal equipment may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator.

13. Consent and withdrawal of consent to cookies

If you do not want to receive cookies, you can change your browser settings. We stipulate, that disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, maintenance of user preferences may hinder, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of the websites.

To manage your cookie settings, select your web browser/system and follow the instructions on them: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Android, Safari (iOS), Windows Phone, Blackberry.

14. Server logs

1) Information about certain user behavior is subject to logging at the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the site and to ensure the most efficient operation of the hosting services provided.

2) The resources viewed are identified by URLs. In addition, the record may be subject to:

  • time of arrival of inquiry,
  • time to send a response,
  • the name of the client station - identification implemented by the HTTP protocol,
  • Information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) - in case the access to the Website was made through a link,
  • information about the user's browser,
  • IP address information.

3) The above data is not associated with specific browsers.

4) The above data is used only for server administration purposes.

15. Final provisions

1) To the extent not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR apply, i.e. in the field of personal data protection.

2) We will notify you of any changes made to this Privacy Policy via www.isri-pl.com
